With less than 3 months until the class of 2017 walks at graduation, some may realize that they put off buying one very important thing: ordering their cap and gown.
Though the deadline has passed, CT seniors can still technically order a cap and gown through the website as soon as possible. To order, visit the ‘senior’ section on the CT website and follow the link to Jostins.com directly to the Cherokee Trail order form. There, you will see three available packages for cap and gown order. For just a basic cap and gown unit with two types of tassels, the price comes out to 76.00.

If you were wondering if you can wear the cap and gown of previous CT graduates, you can with approval. Mrs. Ginsberg in activities says that, “if you have a sibling or someone who has one from a prior year, as long as it is the correct color and fabric that we are currently using, then you can wear it. What we are asking, is that if someone wants to use a brother’s or sister’s we ask them to bring it in as soon as possible and we look at where it hits him and as long as it is the correct length, we hold it for them. If it is not the correct length then they have to order it.”
