In March of 2019, Dion’s Assistant Manager, RJ Saenz, explained how students were affecting the restaurant environment. With new policies in place, General Manager, Cherise Nieto, wants CT students to enjoy the food and a great lunch special, while maintaining a comfortable lunch experience for all customers.
