Donald J. Trump has been in the headlines recently for several different reasons. Trump has been quoted on several controversial issues, putting him in the news again and again, with many needing to be censored. One of the largest and most recent headlines of Mr. Trump was the inauguration on Friday, January 20th, 2017 where he became the 45th president of the United State of America, thus beginning his stay in the White House of four to eight years. Some people are still against Donald Trump becoming president, several going as far as protesting in the streets. On the day of the inauguration there was a march for women’s rights on Washington. The march took place right after Donald Trump’s inauguration. The march was merely a way for people to express their opinions and they can only hope that Trump will listen.

President Trump made several promises in his campaign, but it isn’t set in stone nor guaranteed to happen until he puts these promises into action. However, he is starting to tackle some big issues that former President Obama did not have time to work on. Recently President Trump signed off on the Keystone XL and Dakota Access oil pipelines, fulfilling one of many promises. The next few months will be very interesting, so say up to date will all the coverage of President Trump say right here with CT Today.
