A group of family and friends gather together in a medium sized white RV. Although four people and two dogs are crammed together, the atmosphere feels light as laughter and jokes bounce around the car.
No time has passed to the group inside the RV as conversations always seem to be circling around, leaving no room for silence or boredom, yet to the world outside the RV two hours have gone by and the scenery has changed.
Now the sun is beaming down and Carter Lake appears to glisten and sparkle under its rays.
One group sets up camp, the other heads towards the lake, ready to get a head start on the activity filled day.
Water splashes around, rippling as tubes are being dragged up and down the lake. To the touch of the skin the water feels cool and refreshing, releasing all tension, as it drips off hair and fingers.
Now, all are dry and the smell of food fills the air as the sun goes down. Sparks from the campfire illuminating the remaining water drips against the skin of those who are gathered around it. Along with the mouth watering smell of S’mores are being roasted alongside hamburgers.
And up in the night sky, the moon listens to the cheers and banters of the campsite surrounded by family and friends and dogs, all having a good time.
